I have a new hairdresser and she is amazing! I get my hair done and my weave put in at Chiggy's Touch Salon in downtown Toronto. They've been featured on ET Canada and Cosmo TV and the owner, Patience is a very inspirational and successful young woman.
Its $130 to put in a weave (that is cheaper than what I used to pay!), they use the net method that celebs like Gabby U rave about and its the method most commonly used in New York. The "Net Method" allows your weave last longer and it protects your braids from being pulled or damaged underneath! (Check out the pic below and ask the ladies at Chiggy's about how its done) -- It actually gives you a face lift! lol...
They work with all hair colours and types (so white girls, black girls, asian girls- come one come all!) and they can do everything!

I LOVE Chiggy's...my hair is natural and I have had the best experiences there. They definitely know how to work with curly textures with the proper care...and it looks like their weave game is on point too!
Do they work with short, relaxed hair as well? or do they specialize with natural hair and/or weaves?

I haven't heard good things about Chiggy's. I'm natural, and my hair is growing pretty long but I'd never take it to them to trim, I've heard horror stories!!! :O

I like your hair either way, but the curls (before) are beautiful! Guess everyone needs to change it up though.

I have Chiggy's Indian hair in right now and it is great! You have to wash it a few times first before it flows perfectly. But after a couple of washes, I was very impressed with the hair.
I use bohyme hair twice. You can use it a third time but I wouldn't recommend it. ;D

Have you ever used Bohyme hair while swimming? I'm going on vacay to Barbados and wondering if that hair is suitable for swimming or if you have a hair brand you would reccmd?
I've only gotten my hair done by Patience, so I would recommend going with her :)
