Video wise, the creative aspects were dope, the idea was definately original!im not gonna hate, Rihanna as an artist was able to convey the "dark" emotions of the song. Story wise.. im still a bit lost..lol I guess with time ill eventually get it, or not. And the song itself... I dont like it. Even if some argue that its a song about risk, taking chances and surviving them, the most obvious msg is suicide. Ive been through that ordeal of witnessing a friend taking their life, and I really dont thinik Rihanna, whose primary fanbase are teens, should be signing about this severe issue.

Yes, she is really good at conveying feelings through facial and body expressions...and through song. I wonder how she would be as an actress.

I agree that suicide is not an issue to play with. Maybe Rihanna was wrong to convey her message this way but, I think she was talking about love not death.

In the game of love, it is hit and miss. You never know who are could be falling for. And sometimes when you find out, it's too late. That is what I get from both the song and the video.

When I first heard this song, I was not overly impressed. With the visual attached, I like it a lot more though.

Rih Rih as an actress :S.. LOL i mean i remebered her playing in that teen Cheerleading movie.. Bring it on?? or the sequel.. or wchich ever remake but anyways she wasnt all that.. but then again she was playing herself :S .. so i really dont know, but i do think there is some potential with some acting classes.

And I do agree with you, the visuals really helped the lyrical content of the song. I also definately see the analogy with love she's making through her song now that you pointed it out. but are her teenage fans gonna get it??? it took me time to read between the lines of ALOT OF SONGS when i was 15 lol.. so im still very if-y about her song choice.
